FITT Golfer Instruction Package
You can spend half as much as you would for the latest hi-tech driver and
get twice the results in your golf game. That’s right! Spend less money, get
better results.
The fastest way to improve your golf game is through proper golf instruction and
improved physical fitness. Having proper swing fundamentals is a key component
to improving your ball striking and execution. Having a strong, flexible, stable
body is the easiest way to allow you to create a consistent motion.
All golfers dream of improving their games. Some dream of being the next Tiger
Woods, while others just want to improve their stamina through the back nine or
play long into their retirement with their children. Whether you’re 18 or 83,
your first and most important piece of golf equipment is a fit body. Regardless
of your age or skill level, it is never too late to start experiencing the
benefits that physical conditioning and proper swing mechanics can have on your
golf game.
The golf swing is a complex movement performed by many muscles of the body. A
smooth golf swing incorporates many of the 600+ muscles found in your body in
some way. For instance, if one part of your body is tight it will radically
limit your range of motion. This will, in turn, reduce your ability to swing
through the ball thus reducing club head speed and power. To develop a swing
that is consistent, accurate, powerful, and does not place too much stress on
the spine, requires strength, aerobic fitness and most importantly, flexibility.
Combining proper golf instruction with improved physical fitness is the most
effective way to lower your golf scores, add distance to your drives, improve
your ball striking consistency and reduce the threat of injury on the golf
course. So the next time you want that new $500 hi-tech driver, consider
upgrading your own golf equipment- your body by enrolling in the FITT Golfer
Instruction Package, which includes:
- 2 Private Golf Lessons with Steve Mitchell,
PGA Director of Instruction at Bear’s Best Atlanta
- 2 Personal Training Sessions at Enhancing
Health located at the crossroads of Abbott’s Bridge Road and Peachtree
Industrial Blvd.
The FITT Golfer Package is a perfect holiday gift for the golfer in the
family for only $245. Treat yourself or the avid golfer on your gift list.

Private
and Semi-Private Instruction Bear’s Best has a staff of highly trained PGA Professionals and
Apprentices who are available to provide individualized or small
group instruction on a daily basis. Lessons stress fundamentals
of golf and strive to find specific drills, images, and thoughts
to help you improve your golf game. Group Lesson rates vary
according to number of students. Instruction is scheduled in
advance through the Director of Instruction, Steve Mitchell.
Our Teaching Philosophy All of our programs are designed to work with the strengths of
each student to help them understand the core fundamentals
required to make a repeating swing. We aspire to help each
student swing the club through the ball, towards the target,
with a balanced and free flowing motion. To do this, the student
must coordinate the actions of the wrists, arms and body during
the golf swing. This is achieved through consistency in the key
set-up positions, as well as an understanding of the shape of
the swing and positions of the club face during the motion.
We also stress the importance of the short game through a
simple, effective system that helps each student choose the
right type of shot, get set-up for success and make consistently
solid contact.
We strive to help our students correct a few of their key faults
with sound mechanics, a better sense of feel and a method to
practice so that their improvements become long lasting.
